Taa Tiko has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. What is forbidden
Any sexual or sexualised content involving a person under 18, real or synthetic.
Grooming, sexual messages to minors, sextortion, or requests for such content.
Sharing, linking to, or advertising child abuse material or sites that host it.
2. Age
Taa Tiko is for people aged 13 and over. We remove accounts we find belong to younger children.
3. How we prevent it
Clear rules in our Community Guidelines.
In-app Report on every video, comment and profile, and Block for every user.
Moderation: every video goes through a processing and approval step before it is shown publicly, and reported content is reviewed by our team. Content that breaks these standards is removed and the account is banned.
Private accounts and per-video audience controls.
4. Reporting
In the app: tap Report on the content or profile.
By email: [email protected] with the username or link. We treat these reports as urgent.
5. What we do when we find it
We remove the content immediately, ban the account, preserve the necessary evidence, and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law enforcement authority, as the law requires.
6. Our contact for authorities and safety organisations
[email protected] (subject line: "Child safety"). We respond to valid legal requests.
