Taa Tiko respects intellectual property and expects its users to do the same.

1. Your responsibility

Only post videos, music, sounds and images that you created or have permission to use.

2. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and believe content on Taa Tiko infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

your name, contact details and a statement that you are the owner or authorised agent;
a description of the work and the link or username of the content you want removed;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act;
your electronic or physical signature.

3. What we do

We act quickly to remove or disable access to content that is reported as infringing. We notify the person who posted it.

4. Counter-notice

If you think your content was removed by mistake, email [email protected] with the subject "Counter-notice", identify the content, explain why it was removed in error, and consent to the use of your contact details to resolve the dispute. We may restore the content unless the owner takes legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

We suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
