By creating an account or using Taa Tiko you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, Child Safety Standards and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Taa Tiko provides short-form video creation and sharing, and an optional Learn marketplace (courses). We may change or remove features. Features marked "Coming soon" are not guaranteed.
You must be at least 13 (or the higher age required where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Taa Tiko a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example resize and re-encode), distribute and display that content to operate and promote the service, including feeds, profiles, search and course pages. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other users saved to their own devices while downloads were allowed and for reasonable backup periods.
You promise that you own the content or have all rights needed (including music, sounds, images and the permission of people who appear), and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
When "Allow downloads" is on, other people may save your video to their device for personal use. Do not re-upload other people's videos as your own.
Only add audio you created or have the right to use. We do not provide commercial music unless the catalogue says it is licensed. We may remove content that uses audio without permission.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms when you pay or onboard as a teacher. Prices are shown in the app before checkout.
You may not break the law, break our Community Guidelines, scrape or copy the service, bypass security or limits, upload malware, or misuse Learn payments.
You can report content in the app. Copyright owners can follow the notice process in our Copyright Policy. We may remove content or accounts at any time to protect people or comply with the law.
You may delete your account in Settings, Delete account. We may suspend or end access for violations or risk to the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAA TIKO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. NOTHING LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away mandatory consumer protections where you live.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
