You can delete your Taa Tiko account and the personal data attached to it at any time.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
Open Taa Tiko and sign in.
Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is closed right away.
Option 2: if you can't open the app
Email [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask a question to check it is you. We confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile (username, display name, bio, photo), your videos, covers, captions, comments, likes, saves, follows, messages and notifications.
Your sign-in details and push notification tokens.
Your Learn data that is not required by law.
What may be kept
Payment, invoice and tax records for as long as the law requires.
Limited security and fraud-prevention records (for example reports about abuse) where needed to protect other people.
Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. We normally finish deleting everything within 30 days.
Videos other people saved
If someone downloaded your video before you deleted it, the copy on their phone is theirs. We cannot remove it from their device.
Only want to delete some data?
You can delete individual videos from the video's options menu. For other requests write to [email protected].
